Following is the site of Temple of Artemis which was recognized as one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world. The town of Selcuk was the center of weaving arts during Ottoman Empire days and it was here that many Sultans got their cloaks, and rugs woven. Enjoy your lunch at a local weaving school to experience the traditional dishes prepared by the local women and watch them compose "woven poetry"! In the afternoon you will tour the Archaeological Museum to see the works of art including the famed statues of Ephesian Artemis unearthed from Ephesus. Later in the afternoon you will return to Kusadasi Port.
